Jill Spencer is a Senior Vice President at First United Bank and has served as Community Bank President in Tecumseh, OK since 2018. 

Her professional background includes years of experience in the insurance and financial industries. She is a Certified Facilitator for First United Bank in the Stagen Foundational Leadership Program. She was named Business Person of the Year and Citizen of the Year in Tecumseh in 2019, and a Top Performer in First United Bank in 2021. 

She joined the Avedis Foundation board in 2018, and was very active in the implementation and certification of the Blue Zones Project in Shawnee. 

Jill earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a Masters Degree from Texas Woman’s University, and has held teaching positions at Southeastern and The University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. 

Jill and her husband Jim have one son, Benjamin.
