This highly anticipated week features a variety of family-friendly events for all ages, designed to encourage healthy habits and active lifestyles. Through a collaborative effort with local nonprofit partners, HealthWeek aims to support, inspire, and enhance wellness across the entire community.
Celebrate Educators
Celebrate Educators is one of Avedis Foundation’s signature annual events honoring more than 2,400 public educators from Pottawatomie County and the surrounding communities of Seminole, Prague, Meeker, Chandler, and Little Axe. This inspiring professional development experience brings nationally recognized speakers together with teachers, support staff, and administrators to celebrate their impact, uplift their spirits, and recognize the vital role they play in shaping future generations.

Clergy Appreciation
The annual Clergy Appreciation event is a heartfelt gathering dedicated to honoring the faith leaders who serve our communities with compassion and commitment. Bringing together clergy from across the Foundation’s service area, this special evening celebrates their collective impact, expresses deep gratitude for their service, and encourages them to also care for their own well-being. It is a meaningful reminder that their work is seen, valued, and supported by the community they so faithfully serve.

Speaker Series
The Avedis Speaker Series is designed to bring accomplished and distinguished voices to our community. Speakers who inform, inspire, and spark meaningful conversations across generations. Through engaging presentations, the events aim to support the well-being of the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. While creating opportunities for connection, growth, and inspiration that extend far beyond the stage.
