Program-Related Investments
Program-related investments (PRI) exemplify our broader aim to help bring together public, private, and nonprofit partners to address community challenges and create opportunities for renewal.
Our initial PRI in the revival of the Van Sanford Apartments in Seminole, OK, exemplifies this approach – helping to restore and revitalize a historical property once slated for demolition and increasing affordable housing options for families and persons with physical disabilities.
Impact Investing
Avedis continues to pursue innovative, strategic investments that strengthen our communities by aligning our financial resources with our mission. We seek opportunities to deploy capital in ways that generate both social impact and financial return. By working alongside public, private, and nonprofit partners, Avedis advances solutions that might not otherwise move forward using a range of mission-aligned strategies to help catalyze sustainable change.
