Lynann Sterk-Brooks joined the Avedis Board in 2025. She is the Regional Vice President of Philanthropy and Foundation at SSM Health St. Anthony Foundation.

Previously, Lynann served as Vice President of University Advancement at Oklahoma City University. She brings extensive experience from her career in nonprofit leadership and development, including her roles as CEO of Make-A-Wish Oklahoma, Associate Vice President at Austin College, and various positions at the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business. Her expertise includes major gift fundraising, campaign development, donor relations, and organizational leadership across higher education and healthcare philanthropy.

Lynann has served on several community boards and committees, including Leadership Oklahoma City, Norman Public School Foundation, Norman Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee, and Norman NEXT Young Professionals where she was a founding member and served as chairperson.

Since graduating magna cum laude from Oklahoma Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in English Secondary Education, Lynann has begun pursuing a master’s degree in Adult and Higher Education Administration at the University of Oklahoma.
