Dr. Crane, LMFT, is a licensed marital and family therapist and Professor of Psychology at Oklahoma Baptist University (OBU), where he also directs the Marriage and Family Therapy Graduate Program. An OBU alumnus, he went on to earn a Ph.D. in Family Science from Oklahoma State University. Dr. Crane is widely respected for his contributions to clinical practice, academic leadership, and outdoor experiential education. His work mentoring therapists and leading youth cycling initiatives demonstrates his deep dedication to fostering growth and well-being within the community. Canaan and his wife Stephanie have two daughters, Ainsley and Elinor.
