The Avedis Foundation awarded a $95,608 grant to the Child Advocacy Center of Central Oklahoma (CACCO) to help expand forensic interviewing, advocacy, and mental health services for children experiencing abuse across Pottawatomie, Lincoln, and Seminole Counties.
The Center provides a coordinated, child-focused response to abuse allegations by bringing together law enforcement, child welfare, medical professionals, prosecutors, and mental health providers in one safe location. This multidisciplinary approach helps reduce trauma for children while ensuring they receive timely support, advocacy, and access to healing services.
